Steve Williamson

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Steve, an East Central University graduate, joined LegalShield in 2000 and has been the CFO for
over 20 years. Before joining LegalShield, he was the CFO for Peripheral Enhancements. He
also served as Director in Charge of Banking Practice for Horne & Company, a public
accounting firm. He started his career with the international accounting firm KPMG. A Certified
Public Accountant, he’s a past board member and banking committee chair of the Oklahoma
Society of CPAs.
