McWhinney’s career has been spent in financial services and technology.  She has a history of creating fast growing, highly scalable and profitable businesses.  Equally important, she has been instrumental in designing successful programs to help companies quickly move the needle on gender diversity.  She is on several corporate boards and serves as a Trustee of Caltech and the Institute for Defense Analyses.
