Don Thompson

President of Network Division

Don joined LegalShield in 1996 as an Independent Associate. In 2018, he was named President
of Network Division. Over his distinguished career, he’s earned many top achievement, business
builder, and production awards. He’s served in several leadership positions, including Regional
Vice President of Florida, Business Vice President of Florida, Ohio, and Michigan, and Sr.
Network Vice President of 26 states and two Canadian provinces. He’s mentored and trained
thousands of associates by teaching the fundamentals of leadership and personal development.
Don has a degree in business administration from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll
University. He’s married to Angela and has two boys, Matthew and David.
